Complaints Procedure

If for any reason, you wish to make a complaint to Bank Complaints Ltd, please do so in writing, by e-mail or by phone. We have an internal complaints procedure which is compliant with the Complaints Handling rules 2006 as required by the Compensation Act 2006.

  • Complaint received either by telephone, letter, e-mail.
  • Acknowledgement of complaint forwarded within five days.
  • A full response will be provided within four weeks or confirmation that the resolution will be forwarded within a total of eight weeks.
  • If the complaint is not resolved after this period the details of the Claims Management Regulator will be provided.
